For your yacht the following costs arise, are fair completely simple and with us!

• Status admission - maintenance and work statement Skipper control locally 2-3 times annually - repair planning -repair control - Refitting planning - which we do approximately around your yacht!

We wish a cooperation of many years and offer therefore only annual contracts

 with an standard fee of 1.600. -- € per year.

This covers the normal managing control and is paying itself and more automatically by controlling your skipper !

• Per day 200. - - € if more than one by us cared for yacht is at harbor it is 150. -- €
• journey costs with passenger car or airplane at the cost price, with more than one yacht locally the cost’s are proportionately shared
• No expenses or releases locally - but we are partly appreciate to get invited to dinner.
• With overnight accommodation your yacht is used or if this is not desired an inexpensive hotel! 

More activities done by us aseptically in refitting following our daily rates. The daily rates stated above accounted for the overall by multi-activity. With Refitting receive a detailed statement of the activities after the daily rates or the percentage fee of 15 %. All is accounted in it self so you never pay double!

Remarks: We organize all expirations, assign trades, negotiate with suppliers, take over possibly the yacht locally and return these. In principle we represent you as owners and remove from you all unnecessary loads!

Well, your yacht will still cost money , which we cannot remove from you.  But we can you  guarantee that these costs with our achievement are substantially smaller than without us!

Labor costs in Tunisian: depending upon kind of the activity you can count at Tunisia on      2.50€ to 9. -- € per labor hour, we log all work for you and make the accounts locally.

Discounts and purchase advantages with:  fully given to you, we to take no money by the back door

Yearly reimbursements of the manufacturers and dealers:  if these to be granted at all we give these proportionately back to the owners. Our principle we cash nothing double or from behind.

Marina cost’s and authority costs: directly 1 to 1

Service and Refitting is placed to you:  For activities around your yacht we approximately compute our daily rates as indicated, for the total line of the annual account  it is provided. The working day consists only with us  the time which we are active for your yacht! At Tunisia or Poland locally several partial days are accounted and get´s one.

Best Price warranty for both sides:

On all project calculations of the subcontractors - suppliers - Marina and labor costs we compute you 15% of the calculation sum as our remuneration. This is charged with our daily rates, we does not charge doubly!

This for the owners and us have the advantage that we always have full achievement - independently whether it is a small or large single project ! Achievement reconciliation takes place via the automatically quantity of orders!  One as we believe fair solution for both sides, you saving always  under the line:

Marina cost’s in opposite to Mallorca or France 50 to 70 % cost advantages, Maintenance work around 50-80 %

Cost advantage with larger standard Refitting within the range of 40-50 % with high material portion, surely brings in labor-intensive trades up to 60-80 %

Skipper Controlling saves you normally 20 - 50 % cost  over the year by tightened maintenance costs - if we did not get it we should think about an new skipper!
